Acknowledgments Obviously, though by no means trivially, many thanks are due to my advisor Professor Vincent Moulton, for introducing me to this fascinating subject, providing inspiration and helping me get started. Many thanks also to my colleague and co-author Dr. Katharina Huber for her patience during the many hours we spent going over the proofs in this paper. I am also most grateful to my recently acquired co-advisor Professor Svante Janson for his support and many fruitful comments during the writing of this licentiate, and to my other co-advisor Docent Pierre Flener for his patience when this research has kept me away from our constraint programming project. Hereditarily Homogeneous Generalized Topological Spaces
In this paper we study hereditarily homogeneous generalized topological spaces. Various properties of hereditarily homogeneous generalized topological spaces are discussed. We prove that a generalized topological space is hereditarily homogeneous if and only if every transposition of $X$ is a $mu$-homeomorphism on $X$.

We extend the class of Banach sequence spaces constructed by Ledari, as presented in ''A class of hereditarily $ell_1$ Banach spaces without Schur property'' and obtain a new class of hereditarily $ell_p(c_0)$ Banach spaces for $1leq p<infty$. Some other properties of this spaces are studied.
